Gambia Football Federation Division 1 league championship produced a disappointing 3 goals across all matches in week 12 encounters. There were a goal margin victories for, Fortune FC, Real de Banjul and Gamtel respectively.
The First Division always come second to Division 2 in term of proficiency in front of goal but to score 3 goals in a week is very disappointing. Only three players have registered their names on the scoresheet.
Namely Ebrima Kalilu Jarju of Gamtel and Fortune’s Muhammed Krubally respectively.
The rest of the league fixture produced barren goal less draws. Our coaches and players ought to do better in goalscoring department. First Division Coaches, have to input innovative tactics that’s suit the players technical abilities if they are to score goals for fun.
The league is at a downgrade stage in that aspect.
