The vice chairman of sonikara football association Abdouraham sillah said ‘’ his main objective is to produce a first division team before his term in office elapses and the second objective is to get their own playing grounds that can easily better their football.
Because we have difficulties in most these playing grounds sometimes, the programs are very tie, you have the first division league, second division, third division league, the female league and the Bank tournaments. Only this year, the bank tournament is taking to Qcity.
The top plan for us is to get a register team of sonikara football association under the body of the Gambia Football Federation because our tournament is not recognised by the GFF calendar compared to like nawettan across the country but we want to have a representative in the first division or second disvion ‘’ he concluded.
