The Gambia under -20 Gaffer Omar Sise started his coaching career in the united states with some armature teams before moving to Asia in 2013 as a professional coach in the Bangladesh league.

Where he was lucky to fire some records during his stay with dream land as the club never manage in its history to reach a final in that season but eventually lost on a post-match penalty shot out.
And after missing that chances of setting that record for his club dream land, Sise then return home to the country of the Gambia, as he was lucky to be appointed as the boss of the Gambia Under 20 team and later also attached to the senior national team as the assistant coach.
Omar sise has been speaking to my colleague at west coast sport desk pa barrow on reasons how it started for him ‘’ coaching is something that is part of loving the game which obviously grow in my heart but when you out of the game as a player you always want to play but for me coaching is like am still playing football.
Omar further went to say that his players listen to me, my style and my mentally they use it in the field of play’. Before in Bangladesh ‘’ I coached few local clubs in united states but it was not an easy task in that league competitions where we played the final but ended up losing in that match. The gaffer concluded.
