As champions, Greater Tomorrow FC was decorated with a gaint trophy and a cheque amounting D300, 000, while second place Fortune FC, and third place GAF FC got a consolation price of D150, 000 and D100, 000, respectively.

The league’s top scorer, Elizabeth Ndecky opened the scoring for the hosts in the 12th minute before captain Wuday Colley extended their lead from a long range freekick heading into the break

In the second half, GAF turned the game on its head with two goals in two minutes from Fatou Beyai and Maria Camara in the 50th and 52nd minutes respectively.

Greater Tomorrow restored their lead through Mesinda Mendy, three minutes later and she put the game to bed with a 76th minute winner. Substitute Binta Ceesay ensured a nervy final minutes for the champions after she pulled a goal back for GAF four minutes from the end but it proved too little too later.
