Real De Banjul is a Gambian football club founded in 1966, by a group of secondary schoolboys international team returning from a tournament been held in Senegal. It was later named Benson&Hedges Fc . The name eventually renamed Real De Bathurst Fc by the then sports officer while registering to the Gambia football Association. The name was later changed to Real de Banjul.
The team first two titles were won in 1969 and in 1970.
