VfL Osnabrück Rejects Three Games suspension Of Assan Ceesay after KSC Game

German Second Tier Club VfL Osnabrück rejects three games suspension of their loanee Assan Ceesay, as proposed by DFB control committee. The club announced on Tuesday , It wants a one match ban as the decision of three match ban was too harsh for the attacker brought in during the winter.

Ceesay had seen the red card in the game at Karlsruher SC on Sunday (1-1) after a foul. The 25-year-old had accidentally hit KSC player Dirk Carlson on the head during a defense. On Twitter, Ceesay later apologized to Carlson and wished him a quick recovery.
