Following their 3 all draw against Raja Casablanca on the 11th of August 2019 at the independence stadium in Bakau. The Gambia Domestic League Champions Brikama United were humiliated by Raja 4- 0 in game played on Saturday the 24th of August 2019 in morocco.
The results now means Brikama united are out of the Caf Club Championship following their early exit in the competition against the Moroccans Champions Raja Casablanca.
The home side raja were at their best of the night compared to their performance in the Gambia which was describe by their head coach Patrice ‘’a very bad performance ‘’ . turning the tie with a very high margin in regulation time without the visitors Brikama United responding with a goal either from their prolific attacker Momodou Bojang ‘’Major ‘’or Adam Manneh as they suffer a painful 4-0 defeat in the hands of Raja .
The Brikama United team, finally landed this morning at the Banjul International Air Port as they were welcome by their home supporters. The staaba boys ‘’ Brikama United’’ will now turn their attention to their preseason ahead of the new 2019-20 Gambia Football Federation Division One League competition.
