Banjul united completed a double work over Marimoo football club in the ongoing Gambia Football Federation first division league football.
however, Marimoo football who suffer on the same hands of Banjul united in the first round of the domestic league football yet again missed their way of securing a wining to Banjul united but ended up losing by a goal to nil at the kg5 mini stadium in Banjul in a game that was played over the weekend.
It could be said that, Marimoo football club would have been aiming for a revenge on this tie but it did not work out well for coach Modou jallow, who once’s told logic sports, the problem he is currently facing in the scoring front.
The Manjai base team are currently on 7 position and are with 19 points out of 15 matches played whiles Banjul United are on 11 position as the victory earns the city boys on 15 points after 15 league outings.
Both Marimoo and Banjul united are not on their best compare to their previous season in the domestic league football but facing some difficulted moment in the ongoing Gambia football federation league.
As it stands like this Marimoo football club will be hoping of staying in the league but not the crown looking at the points of the table toppers while Banjul united will be eyeing a run away from relegation.
