Sulayman Sillah and Matarr Ceesay both registered their names on the scoresheet as Armed Forces attack prove took strong for the Satayba boys.
The first half an hour looked very balanced as both sides were very cautious not to commit errors. Brikama United were harmlessly knocking the ball around while Armed Forces utilising the pace of Salifu Ceesay to hit Brikama United on counter attacks.
The Khaki boys wave in their physical advantage and finally went ahead in the 40th minutes through Sulayman Sillah towering header. The assist came from Samsideen Badjie’s inswing corner kick.
The Satayba boys improve their performance in the second half by having more possession but failed to create scoring chances.
Armed Forces dashes away any hope for an equaliser from Brikama United, when their midfield maestro Matarr Ceesay tap from closed range to increase the scoreline to 2-0 for GAF.
