The second vice of president the Gambia Football Federation Ebou Faye who also Double as the competition manager told logic sport that, the domestic league one football is not producing goals.
Adding that the senior coaches in the domestic league are more of defensive work than attacking method that’s why goals are not coming.
Ebou further went to highlight some of the challenges the federation is facing which is more of securities in most of the First division league matches but apart from that, everything is going as plan and successful the way it has started.
The second vice president also told reporters that the rehabilitation of grounds will start in early February, we have already secured the funds and we are in contacted with the contractor.
We will soon start the Serekunda west park, Bakau and mandji football park and hopeful Serekunda East will be done later Banjul and Brikama park, when we have those ground structured already.
we still have challenges with some matches in both division one and two but we will have to use the independence stadium more for our matches in the second round but in first round there is no challenges with the grounds.
