Red Scorpions thrashes City Girls in Women domestic league

Red Scorpions Friday hammered City Girls 3-0 in the 2018-19 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) women domestic division one league.

The country’s most decorated women team are currently unbeaten in the women elite league season with 12 points and three points ahead of second-place Interior, who thrashed fellow security outfit Armed Forces on the same score line. Abuko United beat Immigration 1-0.

In the second division, Brikama thumped Berewuleng 2-0 at the Box Bar Mini Stadium in Brikama on Friday and Kinteh’s beat Jeshwang on the same score line at the FIFA Goal Project while Future Bi demolished Raptin 6-2 at the same venue.Author: Lamin Gibba
