The Red and Blues signed the 19-year-old on a five-year contract from fourth-tier club ASD Calcio Chieri where he scored twice in 12 appearances.But with first-team football at Genoa set to be hard to come by, they have decided to send him on loan to third-tier Arezzo for more playing opportunities.
His loan, which commenced on July 13th, will see him stay on at the Tuscany-based club until the end of the season in June 2019. “I’m happy here, it’s like a family,” the 1.86m defender said immediately after putting pen-to-paper.
